Return and Exchange Policy
Flickerandglow.com is committed to 100% customer satisfaction and offers a 30 days Return and Refund policy on all items.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us by shipping it back with Original Packaging. No questions asked! No restocking fees!
We’ll also pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- Email customerhelp@flickerandglow.com or call 888-984-2375 with your order number to receive your return authorization. If the item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carriers of his/her choice.
- After you have obtained the Return Authorization (RMA number) please ship your product to 621 Lunar Ave Brea California 92821.
- We do not accept any returns after 30 days from the purchase date.
- If you believe your package is damaged in shipping, please kindly contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
- To cancel an order, please email us at customerhelp@flickerandglow.com or call 888-984-2375 as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processes them at our warehouse.
- All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund back to your original form of payment.
- Please notice that shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges Policy
We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerhelp@flickerandglow.com then send your item to 621 Lunar Ave Brea California 92821 after you have obtained the RMA number and pre-paid shipping label from us.
